John applies his 20 years experience in operating businesses and his knowledge of financial instruments to advise the firm’s business clients. He frequently represents small business owners in matters of business formation and business succession planning.
John regularly advises estate planning clients with taxable and non-taxable estates. In his estate planning practice, he also focuses on complex probate matters and represents conservators and guardians.
John’s litigation experience includes will contests, undue influence and elder abuse matters, and homeowner’s associations.

Jessie focuses her practice on estate planning and general litigation. She regularly counsels individuals in creating estate plans through wills and trusts, administering complicated probate estates, and obtaining guardianships and conservatorships.
Jessie applies her litigation expertise in matters involving will contests, contested guardianships, probate, and homeowner’s associations. During her previous tenure as a Deputy District attorney in Multnomah County, she successfully prosecuted a variety of crimes and received recognition from the Portland Police Bureau for effective crime prosecution.

Chris brings valuable insights to business and tax matters from his prior experience as an attorney in the estate planning practice of one of the nation’s largest law firms. While in law school, Chris was also awarded the Dean’s Scholarship for Excellence.
