These plans determine who will receive your assets, minimize estate tax, designate decision-makers in the event of your incapacity, and update beneficiary designations. We will analyze whether a will, trust, or other document is the most appropriate planning tool for you. If needed, we assist our clients with any transfers or documents to implement the plan.
We provide business succession planning, formation of all types of business entities, business transitions, and general business advice.
Our firm is a general litigation firm which allows us to assist clients in many areas of litigation.
We represent homeowner’s associations and advise them on applicable non-profit association laws.
Guardianships and Conservatorships
We strive to provide effective and efficient service to clients seeking to obtain or object to temporary and permanent guardianships and conservatorships for themselves or for others.
When a loved one passes away, our firm assists clients in efficiently administering that person’s estate. If probate is appropriate, we routinely advise clients on probate court procedure and deadlines for simple and complex estates. Our attorneys help the person’s personal representative (executor) resolve creditor and tax issues, and distribute the estate to the proper beneficiaries. If needed, we also have the litigation experience to address challenges that sometimes arise by creditors, heirs, and others.
